PRA was contracted to drive sales growth in the China market for a client in the automotive sector. Over the next seven years revenue grew by roughly $2 million annually as PRA managed the clients China operation.
PRA identified nearly $7 million in cost savings on a client’s internationally sourced components. That is roughly 23% of the original product cost on an annual spend of $29 million.

PRA evaluated the markets of India, Indonesia, and Thailand. PRA assisted the client in selecting a market. Following the project PRA was contracted further to first build a market entry RoadMap and then implement the plan in India.

PRA evaluated four countries Brazil, Korea, Poland, and Colombia with a total of 84 candidates identified. Then 57 candidates were evaluated further resulting in 21 becoming active partner targets.
